Using JobCoda

You may use JobCoda only in accordance with these terms and applicable law. You are responsible for your account, authorised users, and the project information submitted through your workspace.

Your content

You retain ownership of your project content. You grant JobCoda the limited rights needed to host, process, secure, and deliver the service. You must have the rights required to upload that content.

Service and billing

Paid subscriptions renew according to the plan selected at checkout unless cancelled. We may improve or change features while preserving the core purpose of the service.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with other customers, or submit unlawful or malicious material.

Liability

JobCoda supports project administration but does not replace professional judgment, contractual review, or legal advice. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid during the preceding twelve months.
